Ken Ritchie - 309 Cockshutt Road - ZBA32-17-DN

 

Recommendation:

 

That Application ZBA32/17/DN from Ken Ritchie, applicant/owner of BRANTFORD RANGE 2 E MOUNT PLEASANT RD PT LOTS 7 AND 8, geographic FORMER TOWNSHIP OF BRANTFORD, County of Brant, located at 309 COCKSHUTT ROAD, proposing to rezone the subject lands from Agricultural (A) to Special Exception Agricultural (A-__) requesting the following relief from Section 4, Table 4.1 of the Zoning By-law 61-16:

? - To permit a total area of 352m² for all accessory structures, whereas, a gross floor area of 75% of the dwelling, would be permitted up to a maximum of 292.5m².

Recommendation:

 

Instruct the County Solicitor to engage in a search for a planning consultant that supports Council’s denial; in the event that the search is successful, the County Solicitor will attend the OMB hearing and defend Council’s position with land-use planning evidence; in the event that the search is unsuccessful, the County Solicitor will report back to Council.

PA-17-57 - Staff Report - Site Plan Control Application – SP6-17 – 142 Dundas Street East - R. Cummins

 

Recommendation:

 

That Site Plan Application No. SP6-17, being an application under Section 41 of the Planning Act to enter into a site plan agreement for 2452751 Ontario Inc., for Part of Curtis Grant in the Augustus Jones Tract, as in A498232, in the County of Brant (Former Town of Paris), located at 142 Dundas Street East, BE REFUSED.
